These terms and conditions constitute a contract between valuers who use the Omicron platform (“Valuer”) and Omicron Mortgages P/L (“Omicron”).
- Omicron will register the Valuer on its Platform.
. - When a lender, for whom the Valuer has written a valuer report, ascribes the report in a loan profile on the platform Omicron will (through an automated process) provide details of the representation to the Valuer.
. - If the details concerning the valuation report contained in the email described above are incorrect the Valuer will have the entry rectified by contacting the lender or failing that, lender’s solicitor, or failing that Omicron as soon as is reasonably practical.
. - The Valuer and Omicron reserve the right to suspend the Valuer’s profile, temporarily or permanently, so as to prevent their registering new loans ascribing the valuer’s reports as having been relied upon. The Valuer’s profile will remain in place and previously attributed loans will remain on display. At either the Valuer’s or Omicron’s option the identifying details on the Solicitor’s profile can be altered to Former platform member.
