We collect the names, email and mobile numbers of Brokers, Lenders, Valuers, Solicitors.

We do not collect credit information.

We do not collect personal information of Borrowers. We collect metric information concerning loans such as amounts, rates and standardised categorisations but it is anonymised by being untied to a name or address.

Collection

There are many ways we obtain information, including when you fill out a form with us, when you call us, email us, when you use our platform or by performing searches on the ASIC or Torrens Registers.

Where we receive unsolicited personal information about you, we’ll check whether this information is reasonably necessary for our functions or activities. If it is, we’ll handle this information the same way we do with other information we seek from you. If not, we’ll disregard it.

Data Security

The security of your personal information is important to us and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We store information with third party data storage providers.

Use and Disclosure

Collecting your personal information allows us to provide you the range of products and services you’ve asked for. This means we can use your information to:

  2. consider your request for our services, including your eligibility
