These terms and conditions constitute a contract between solicitors who use the Omicron platform (“Solicitor”) and Omicron Mortgages P/L (“Omicron”).
Omicron will provide the Solicitor with access to its Platform. .
The Solicitor, on behalf of its lender clients, may enter loan metrics for loans where the solicitor acted for its lender clients on commercial mortgages advances. .
The loan metrics, referred to above, may be entered on a draft basis and saved to the platform. In this form they are not visible to anyone other than the Solicitor. However once the “Certify” button is pushed the data becomes visible to all broker, lender and valuer members of the platform. .
The Solicitor will not push the “Certify” button unless, to the best of their knowledge, all the data is correct. .
The Solicitor will amend any details that are incorrect as soon as reasonably practical upon becoming aware of them. .
Omicron and the Solicitor reserve the right to suspend the Solicitor’s profile, temporarily or permanently, so as to prevent their registering new loans. The Solicitor’s profile will remain in place and previously attributed loans will remain on display (unless they are found to systemically erroneous). At either the Solicitor’s or Omicron’s option the identifying details on the Solicitor’s profile can be altered to Former platformmember.
