We can help you find the best loan (the lowest rate and the least onerous special conditions) from among the lender clients of Bransgroves Lawyers. We do this by comparing your loan application with all the loans our lenders have written. This is done using AI, and we use the very best: at the moment that is Anthropic’s Claude Opus 5.5.
We are not interested in your data unless you do a loan with us. So our platform writes all the information you give it to a Markdown folder on your computer. Opus 5.5 will keep asking you for information and give you full and frank advice on how best to pitch what you are after.
Once your package is ready, and with your permission, Opus 5.5 runs it against our corpus of loans and lender profiles (all built from actual loan data). It works out which lenders are most likely to approve your loan, and which of those will give you the best deal.
Then, with your permission, it submits the deal to the top candidate. If they do not start their approval process, or take too long, we submit it to the second, and so on.
Only once you submit the deal (not before) do we take a copy of your data onto the Bransgroves Lawyers server. It stays there and forms part of the Bransgroves Lawyers file, for when we act for the lender on the advance. The lender will also have access to all of it.
What we receive is curated: if you put something forward while the data was on your computer and Opus 5.5 advised you to leave it out, it will not come to us.
