These terms and conditions constitute a contract between Omicron-accredited solicitors (“Solicitor”) and Omicron Mortgages Pty Ltd (“Omicron”). Solicitors who breach these terms are liable to lose their accreditation and damages.
The solicitor must at all times act in an efficient, ethical and professional fashion.
The solicitor must only act for the lender to a loan transaction.
The solicitor must not receive or share in any commission or fee related to the transaction other than the legal fees disclosed to the all parties.
The solicitor must use only Omicron-endorsed loan syndicate deeds.
The solicitor must use the Omicron-endorsed due diligence checklist and certification of title.
The solicitor must enter all the loan metrics that appear on the Omicron platform accurately.
